'''Good Shepherd Lutheran Church''' was founded in 1945 by [[Rev. Herbert H. Nagel]].  It moved to the corner Prospect Avenue and Illinois Street in 1946 and then {{LinkToMap|1177 Howard Avenue}} in 1960.  It closed in 2021 and is now home to '''The Foxtail On The Lake''' restaurant.
